Favorite race distance & why? Half marathon. The training is manageable, you feel accomplished, and it's a great challenge.
How many marathons/half marathons have you completed? I have run 14 marathons, 5 ultras, and 32 halves. Retired? Maybe. Still chasing adventure? Always.
What’s your go-to song on your running playlist? I don't run with music often, but when I do, "Innerbloom" by Rufus du Sol is always first - It makes the first mile feel effortless.

Favorite Track Shack Event & why? My favorite event is the Winter Park 10K. I love the 10K distance for racing because it requires both speed and endurance. The course gives you a little bit of everything from hills, beautiful scenery, and the weather is typically nice.
Are you a morning runner, evening jogger, or weekend warrior? I prefer running in the evening when my body is all warmed up!
